My Story

imageTo be honest, my passion has not always been massage. I originally attended school to study American Sign Language and to play softball. I suffered a lower back injury my sophomore year of college during a softball game. After attending many doctors’ visits and physical therapy sessions, I decided to try out Massage Therapy. After the sessions my pain level had decreased and I was sold!

I graduated with honors with over 800 hours of hands on experience from the Massage Therapy program at the Living Arts Institute in Winston-Salem. I specialize in many styles of massage and continue to expand my knowledge. I believe that every body is different and the same massage will not work for everyone. Before each session we will discuss the areas causing pain and discomfort or any areas that just need a little TLC. We will then work out an effective plan to fit your personal needs as well as your budget. During the massage I will focus on the problematic areas to help relieve tension and built up stress to help you relax. When the session is completed you will leave feeling refreshed and better than ever.
